By proceeding with your purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Legal Claim:

By accessing, using, and purchasing any of our products or services, you are bound by the terms & conditions outlined below. HawaiianIDcard.com reserves the right to modify or amend these terms without prior notice. All sales are final. Any unpaid balances will be pursued through a collection agency and local jurisdiction court at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to refuse service and adjust prices.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

We have a strict policy of no refunds. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.

Privacy:

We may use images, artwork, designs, and prints for marketing purposes. Your information will not be sold or transferred to third parties. If you wish to opt out of using your property for marketing, please contact us at privacy@hawaiianidcard.com.

Orders:

Once an order is placed no changes can be made under any circumstance. Any changes to orders must be done in writing and will incur an additional fee. No amount, quantity or size reduction is allowed only upgrades. It is the customer's responsibility to check the status of their order, follow up, and pick up their order. All orders must be paid in full with a valid payment method.

Delays:

Due to the nature of printing and customization certain products at times become delayed. Refunds are not available when orders are delayed unless a written guarantee is provided in your invoice/confirmation. In case the order is no longer needed a credit may be issued at our discretion.

Logistics:

In no case shall we be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery resulting on behalf of the logistics company for any reason including weather, traffic, etc. Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $120.00 in value and must be filled with the delivery company directly. It is the customer's duty to request delivery insurance on all orders being delivered which will incur additional cost. We are not responsible for 3rd party (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and MESSENGERS) shipping errors, omissions, delays or damaged shipments.

Order Requirements, Artwork & Files:

All products must adhere to our file preparation & requirements.

Imperfections & Flaws:

Due to the nature of our fast production services and expedited rush printing methods all products whether rush or not tend to have minor imperfections and flaws like shifting, skewing, warping, unaligned print and off center cutting.

Proofing & Matching:

Proofs are non-refundable. Proofs may be provided at our discretion. Orders will not be color-matched unless specified. We are not liable for color matching based on screen proofs approved by customers.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity:

In no event shall HawaiianIDcard.com or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, owners, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data and profits or cancellations whether or not we have been advised of possibility of the damage.

Order Cancellation:

Since each order is unique to each customer and has no re-sale value and due to many factors which allow us to produce your order in a expedited manner, All Sales Are Final. No Refunds or Order Cancellations.

Returns, Credit, Refunds, and Management:

Report order discrepancies within 90 days. Damaged products must be returned in sealed condition for consideration. Notify us of defects within 24 hours of acceptance. Credits are valid for 6 months. To qualify for replacement, the ordered product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Payment and Charges:

Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards, and for orders exceeding $100, payment via check or wire transfer may be required, subject to our discretion.

Usage of Images and Artwork:

By submitting images, artwork, or designs, you affirm that you have the right to use and reproduce these materials. We may use your submitted content for marketing purposes, and you agree to grant us this permission.

Intellectual Property:

All designs, logos, trademarks, and content on our website are the property of HawaiianIDcard.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our written consent.

Changes and Modifications:

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. Any modifications must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse changes that affect the quality of the product.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Limitation of Liability:

HawaiianIDcard.com shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the use of our products or services.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
